Parnassus Vineyard is located on the upper slopes of Camp Hill at Drouin East. A boutique cool climate vineyard in a magnificent setting.
The vineyard was planted to prove that West Gippsland could grow quality grapes for sparkling and cool climate table wines.
Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are grown at Parnassus, producing award winning wines such as the Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay,as well as the Pinot Noir.

2004 Parnassus Pinot Noir
Made from the grapes of our Parnassus vineyard, this wine has fruity aromas underlined with earthiness and tasty oak.
The pallet is medium bodied with a soft, subtle mouth feel with good weight and length.

A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir made in traditional methode champenoise style.
A fruity style, with a fine mousse and a refreshing finish.

Some peach and nectarine fruit flavour with loads of nutty creamy characters from the barrel fermentation.
A soft smooth feel with long lingering flavour and is best not served overchilled.
