Chef Helena Szedow together with Maitre d’ Val have worked in restaurants from the Mornington Peninsula to South Melbourne and have delighted patrons for 27 years with their eclectic menu. Since moving to West Gippsland they have formulated a menu with emphasis on local produce complimenting the fine wines, surroundings and seasons.
